Okay, so I bought the zeno hotspot, the batteries that came with it when I purchased it from CVS are currently inside of it however the device will not turn on whenever I press my finger against the power button (which is really just a touch pad)… Can anyone help me? I put the batteries in about 20 minutes ago.
